FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Not at all! Lots of our members have never played before and we even cater to non-riders! If you are inexperienced we will put you in lessons and competitions with others at the same level.

All of our lessons and competitions are optional so you only have to do what you want to or can afford. Lessons are £75 for 2 hours and £150 for an intensive (2 hours-lunch-2hours). Competitions like nationals tend to cost around £300 including horse hire, entry and accommodation. In summer we tend to do a lot of camping for away tournaments to save money on accommodation. Approximate prices are given before sign-ups with a full break-down of cost so it is entirely up to you on what you choose to do and spend!

Yes of course! Our aim as a club is to make polo as accessible as possible to students (when it is most affordable to play across the world) and to create a fun and welcoming environment! Whilst there are some high costs involved in playing polo, we do our best to make sure that everyone has a chance to get involved!
